Our methodology includes an in-depth focus on the multiple needs of a given community in our service region. To make this work, we seek out partner organizations with expertise matching the identified needs of the community.

Based on the match, we design different ways to collaborate. In some cases we provide all the funding for partner services in our communities. With other organizations we share the costs.

When we identify a community need but cannot locate a partner with matching experience, we then use our own resources to set up and manage appropriate programming.
